Unboxing January's Wax Melt Subscription Box

January's Wax Melt Subscription Box theme was Mermaids & Flamingos – featuring the stunning Mermaids Bliss!

 

January can be a difficult month - Christmas is over, the weather is usually miserable and we're all a bit skint! So I thought we'd have some fun with an uplifting and magical theme for my Wax Melt Subscription Box.

 

The star of the show was definitely Mermaid's Bliss. If you follow me on social media you'll have seen that I struggled with the mermaid mould and the tails kept breaking, but it was such a cute design that I was determined to use it.

 

So I placed her in a glittery pool with dancing mica, I imagine that she's sleeping on a rock!

 

She is a fruity scent that is a dupe of Lenor's Bliss Unstoppables, the popular laundry scent booster, featuring grapefruit and peach.

 

Then we have 2 cute Flamingos scented in a raspberry vanilla scent, that reminds me of a sweet, jammy birthday cake.

 

The huge Goddess wax melt in a sun and moon design is scented in Lemon & Lavender - uplifting and relaxing at the same time. I really love this scent when I'm feeling stressed.

 

The shimmery cloud scented in Sorceress is clean and fresh with icy notes - somewhere between a laundry scent and an aftershave.

 

Siren Song wax melt brittle is scented in Seychelles, a tropical fragrance with coconut featuring shells and starfish on a sandy beach.

 

And finally there's Empress. I had a lot of fun making this tub which you will have seen if you follow me. Different coloured chunks set in a shimmery red pool with a bronze unicorn on top, all scented in 1000 Wishes, a fruity oriental fragrance.
