Shipping policy

I aim to dispatch all orders, with the exception of Pre-orders and Subscriptions, within 3 business days.

I offer Flat Rate Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Postage in the UK for £3.99. You can upgrade to 24hr or Signed Delivery at checkout.

Large orders over 2kg may move to the Heavy Parcel tier of £7.99.

Estimated delivery times are given based on option selected. Please note, once posted the delivery time is in the hands of my courier and I cannot be held responsible for delays. However if there is a problem please email me at care@chandlerswaxmelts.co.uk and I will be happy to help.

Chandlers Wax Melts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
