How to use your wax melts
Simply place your wax melt on to a clean burner - I recommend one piece of a snapbar, or half a sample pot. Larger shapes or slabs need cutting in to pieces roughly 10g.
I recommend 4-hour tealights for glass or ceramic burners. For electric burners, my soy wax melts work best with 42w bulbs.
Then relax as your home is filled with stunning fragrance.
How to clean your wax melt burner
When you're done, extinguish your tealight or unplug your burner. You can continue to enjoy the same wax melt until the fragrance fades.
Allow the wax melt to cool slightly before removing with cotton wool or kitchen towel. Make sure your burner is clean and cool before using a new wax melt.

Really disappointing, barely any scent
I'm so sorry you're disappointed with your order. Can I check what sort of burner you're using? My melts are made from soy wax, and they need a tealight burner or an electric burner of at least 40w. They won't work with Scentsy or wall-plug-in warmers. Those are made for paraffin wax and don't get hot enough to fully melt soy wax and release the fragrance.
I have this information on my product pages on the website as I want to make sure customers have the right burner to fully enjoy my melts.
I also recommend that burners are not placed next to windows, doors or draughts as that can also affect how warm the burners get.
I hope this helps,
Emma
This is my favourite scent I will buy buying more when they run out!
Thank you so much Annabel!
Ordered the sample pot to try, haven’t burned it yet but the smell from the pot is so strong will definitely order the snap bar.
Thank you Samantha!
