How to use your wax melts

Simply place your wax melt into a clean burner. I recommend using one piece of a snapbar or half a sample pot. For larger shapes or slabs, cut into smaller pieces of approximately 10g.

For glass or ceramic burners, use 4-hour tealights for safe and consistent melting. If you're using an electric burner, my soy wax melts perform best with a 42W bulb.

Then just sit back, relax, and enjoy as your home fills with stunning fragrance.

How to clean your wax melt burner

When you're done, extinguish your tealight or unplug your burner. You can continue to enjoy the same wax melt until the fragrance fades.
Allow the wax melt to cool slightly before removing with cotton wool or kitchen towel. Make sure your burner is clean and cool before using a new wax melt.

They dont smell very strong

Hi Louise,
I'm really sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your order – that’s never what I want for my customers.
Just so I can help get to the bottom of it, could I check what kind of burner you’re using?
My wax melts are made from soy wax, which needs a tealight burner or an electric burner of at least 40W to melt properly and release the fragrance. Unfortunately, Scentsy or wall plug-in warmers don’t usually get hot enough, as they’re designed for paraffin wax.
I include this info on my product pages to help make sure customers can get the best results with their melts. It’s also worth making sure your burner isn’t near a window, door, or draught, as that can stop it reaching the right temperature too.
I really hope this helps – let me know what type of burner you're using and I’ll do my best to advise!
