Wax melts

Place your wax melt into a clean burner.

• Use one segment of a snapbar.
  
• For larger shapes or slabs, cut into pieces of around 10g for best performance.
  

For best results:

• Use 4-hour tealights with glass or ceramic burners for safe, consistent melting.
  
• If using an electric burner, my soy wax melts perform best with a 42W bulb.
  

Then simply relax while your home fills with beautiful fragrance.

Carpet Freshener

• Shake lightly onto carpets or rugs.
  
• Leave for 10–15 minutes to absorb odours.
  
• Vacuum thoroughly.

Always patch test first and keep away from pets until fully vacuumed.

Hoover Discs

• Remove disc from pouch.
  
• Place inside the hoover cylinder or bag or next to the filter.
  
• Replace once the scent fades.

Room & Linen Spray

• Lightly mist into the air or onto soft furnishings from a short distance.
  
• Avoid delicate fabrics and polished surfaces.
  
• Always patch test first.
  

A little goes a long way.

Reed Diffusers

• Remove stopper and insert reeds.
  
• Allow 24 hours for fragrance to fully draw up the reeds.
  
• Flip reeds weekly (or as desired) for a stronger scent throw.
  

Position in a well-ventilated area for best diffusion.

How strong are your wax melts?

My wax melts are made for a noticeable, room-filling fragrance. Scent strength varies between fragrances and depends on your burner, room size and airflow. Check the fragrance description above to help you choose your favourite scent style.

How long does the fragrance last?

You can re-melt the same piece of wax over several sessions until the fragrance fades. How long it lasts depends on the fragrance, how much wax you use and your burner’s temperature. You don’t need fresh wax every time you use your burner.

How much wax should I use?

Start with one snapbar segment in a clean, dry wax burner dish. For larger shapes or slabs, use a small piece of approximately 10g, provided it fits comfortably within your burner’s capacity. Never overfill the dish or add water.

Can I use them in an electric wax warmer?

My soy wax melts perform best in ceramic burners or electric burners of at least 40w. Cooler warmers, including some plug-in models and Scentsy warmers may not melt the wax sufficiently. Use a warmer designed for wax melts (not oils) and follow its manufacturer’s instructions. Burner temperature affects how well the wax melts and releases its fragrance. 

What are your wax melts made from?

I hand-pour my wax melts in small batches in Liverpool using soy wax and carefully selected fragrance oils. My wax melts are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free, with fragrance safety information on the packaging.

Why is there still wax in my burner when the scent has gone?

That’s normal. Wax melts release fragrance as they warm, but the wax stays in the dish. Once the scent has faded, let the wax cool and remove it following your burner’s instructions before adding a fresh piece. Don’t pour used wax down the sink.

Why does my wax melt have a white or cloudy surface?

This is called frosting and can happen naturally with soy wax. It doesn’t affect the fragrance or how your wax melt performs.

How should I store my wax melts?

Keep them in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight, heat and strong surrounding smells. Store out of reach of children and pets.
